if you are in hong kong, don't you find it so sick even if you try to breath deeply?
the air pollution is very serious on these days.
it is not difficult to see the cloud of dust in the air.

today, when i took a rest in pantry in the office, i looked outside the window, i was astonished,
i can see nothing from the other side of the victoria harbour.
majestic skyscrapers were virtually blocked by the tiny dust.
the so-familiar tsim sha tsui and kowloon east were vanished.

just like the doomsday has come!

ridiculous enough, albeit human being knows we can have different measures at every level,
we tend not to take any action,
save energy, take public transport instead of private cars, byob, etc.
all these are very basic concept that we, all X and Y generations, learnt when we were at just about 6 or 7.
we seldom adopt it. we always ignore it.

is it only when the worlds collide, people would realize measures have to be taken?
it would be too late and people must despair at the time.

Al Gore, the former vice-president of the US, put great effort telling the people that the world is at stake. The film "An Unconvenient Truth" was on screen about a year ago talking the same topic and suggesting what we can do to help pass the crisis. i suggest people to watch this documentary. we still have the hope of success.

Incredible! Few weeks ago, I saw Travis' The Invisible Band at just $49 at HMV.
And then I bought it without hesitation.
Today, I listent to it. It was fantastic. So beautiful it was.
Touching melody, simple but appropriate guitar arrangement, solid and dynamic bass lines as well as decent drum.
I do wish I could see their gig !!

I wanna say again I am really lucky to work for my current employer and am glad to have chances to talk with the seniors deeply. The management has the right values and visions. It makes the company such a good workplace to work at. Thanks to bosses for teaching and inspiring so much in my career and attitude toward life.

Walking On Air was finally on stage again tonight.
Thanks to the organisers providing us so much support.
We played pretty well and we did enjoy the whole set, despite of a few mistakes.
Sonically speaking, the equipments gave very huge and solid sound which made the WOA sound even better.
Playing on stage is no doubt one of the most beautiful things in life.
But really, we need more improvement both musically and technically.
I am optimistic on the group's future.

last weekend was a fulfilling one
i watched one movie, one drama, one fooball match, went shopping and jamed with walking on air
it was a pity that there was raining so that the trip to discovery bay was postponed.
wish that we are able to go there next week.

really, chinese kids are generally lack of the heart to adventure

i am really a lucky one
my company is a good one, providing different learning opportunities to me.
i find that i learned and improved quite a lot during this 2 months no matter in market knowledge, interpersonal skills and organisational skills, etc.
also, there are different role models for me to learn.
thanks to ricci hall that what i had learned through my hall life help me get my job done well.

but i still need more time to discover what i really need in my life

wahoo, my eastern europe tour is finished, here are the places that i visisted during past 3 weeks
london, cambridge, saltzburg, hallstatt, vienna, budapest, debrecen, szentendre, bratislava, cesky krumlov, ceske budejovice, prague, dresden

more detailed version comes later as i have to work tomorrow, so tired now. my 1st day of work at credit agricole. it gotta be exciting.

I am now in Budapest, Hungary
Hungarians in Budapest are generally rude, unfriendly and unable to speak English
It gives me a sense of insercurity
and I hate this place
It is ridiculous that Budapest got so much impressive architectures while its citizen are generally uncivilized and non-sense.

London, Salzburg, Hallstatt, Vienna, Debrecen and Szentendre are fantastic, by the way.

finally i finished the whole first aid course
three 3-hour lessons in a week and 4 weeks in total
it's harsh especially when you have to work full time in daytime and attend the lessons at night
but the time is well spent
i appreciate the course and it does enrich my life

looking forward to more fruitful moments in life
